Strength for Runners
This class will look at each individual participant to enhance their running performance.
The class will work on Corrective strength and mobility exercises tailored to each individual to improve running biomechanics and reduce injury risk to keep you on target with training for the next event.
Whether you are new to running, a seasoned recreational athlete or looking to improve running for your sport- this class is for you.
Classes will run twice per week and are suitable for males and females (age 13 to adult).
