Good News – We’re Adding Another Women Strong for Life Class!

Women Strong for Life is specifically designed for women aged 40 and over, focusing on building strength, improving mobility, boosting confidence, and supporting long-term health and wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Whether you’re completely new to strength training or looking to maintain an active lifestyle, these classes provide a safe and encouraging space to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more capable in everyday life.

Class Times

  • Mondays: 6:00pm
  • Fridays: 2:00pm
