Men’s Yoga

We are very excited to be introducing our new Physio Led Men’s Yoga class. If you are not convinced – here are some of the benefits of Yoga for men:

Our class will run on a Friday afternoon at 2.30pm for 60 minutes – run by Enya Wade – Chartered Physiotherapist at our studio at 1 High Street, Blairgowrie PH10 6ET or online via ZOOM.
