New Women Strong for life class-Thursdays 4:45pm to 5:30pm
You spoke, we listened. A large number of you told us that you would prefer a class on Thursdays at 4:45pm. So we have put one on! Come along and join Gregor in learning some resistance training. Based on the Royal Osteoporosis Society principles of Strong Steady Straight, the class will load your bones, muscles and tendons progressively and safely over a number of weeks. Please book ahead of the class so we can send you a health questionnaire. Classes also run on Mondays.
