Baby Bumps and New Mums Tums Class Staring 1st February!!

Exciting news !!
We are very pleased to announce we are going to restart our Baby Bumps and New Mums’ Tums class.

This class is run by our Chartered Physiotherapist – Jana McNee.

The class will be on Tuesdays at 7.15 pm starting on 1st February 2022 and will be run in 4 week blocks either in our studio at 1 High Street, Blairgowrie or Online via ZOOM.

The class focuses on postural changes during the childbearing period that may lead to back & pelvis problems. The exercises challenge your balance, core & pelvic floor muscles to help your body cope with demands of your pregnancy or being a new mum. The class includes gentle stretching, strengthening and breathing exercises. The grand finale is relaxation which will allow you to switch off from daily stresses and leaves you feeling refreshed.

• May help with urinary incontinence
